SOLO A/C Current Condition Report (CCR) was created to help a building owner and property managers accurately inventory and analyze their existing rooftop mechanical equipment. With our report, you can see how each system is performing and receive professional recommendations regarding any issues–including financial risk or liability to the property.
Upon completion of our report, we will provide you with a digital version for your records that includes visual inspection notes, photos, diagnostics, and a list of repairs that are needed for each unit. Immediate repairs are defined as significant building code violations, hurricane and fire code issues, along with other safety concerns.
